How your data is used

Analytics tracking Pageviews, click events, conversion funnels. Used for product improvement. Toggling off stops collection at the next page load (events already collected are retained until you request deletion). A/B experiments Random assignment to experiment variants. Toggling off pins you to the control variant for every experiment. AI memory persistence The Coach learns facts from your conversations. Toggling off stops the Coach from saving new facts; existing facts stay until you delete them in AI memory. Marketing emails Product updates, releases, occasional newsletters. Critical account emails (security, billing, deletion confirmation) always send.

Permanently delete my account

This is irreversible after a 24-hour cancellation window. Once deletion runs, your profile, all health data, conversations, posts, and analytics events tied to your account are wiped. We retain anonymous aggregated data for legal-compliance only.
