How do I join the beta?
Sign up on the app page — beta invites roll out in waves to founding members first. You'll get an email when your TestFlight invite is ready.
Can I try Thier without an iPhone?
Yes — the three free demos on the tools page work in any browser: the bio-age calculator, the what-if simulator, and a preview of the Longevity Coach. They use the same engine the app runs.
What does my data actually look like?
Health data stays on your device. Bio-age snapshots and AI Coach memory live in a per-user database row. The privacy policy spells out every sub-processor (Supabase, OpenAI, PostHog) and what each one sees. The plain-English version has the same content, no jargon.
How is my bio age calculated?
The methodology page lists every coefficient with the peer-reviewed paper it's grounded in. 13 domains, 100+ citations. If a coefficient disagrees with the literature, email and we'll fix it.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the iPhone app: Profile → Account → Export data (JSON) or Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and removes every server-side row plus the AI Coach memory.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Thier is iOS-first because HealthKit is the highest-fidelity wearable bridge available on consumer phones. Android remains on the long-term roadmap.
How much does it cost?
The beta is free. Pricing for the full release will be published with the App Store launch; founding members get lifetime founding-tier pricing.
